I must say, those bowls are rather nice for your standard street food stall.

They’ve got bowls like that at my local noodle shop and I’ve always thought about getting some myself, they’re so nice.

Oh, geez, I just got back to Munich Friday night from 3 weeks back home in Bangkok….I’m still lamenting about how grey the food-scape in Europe is…and now you’re torturing me!! *gah*

    Hi BKKMEI,

here is the description you want: The shop call “Jok Somboon” The word “Jok” means congee.

the firt dish: Congee with egg and pork ball.

    Second dish: No idea :-)

Third dish: pretty obvious, shrimp Congee

Forth dish: Congee with salty egg, fish balls and pork balls.

According to the map, the shop is on Rama 4 rd, near the big train station “Hua Lam pong”. Opposite Bank of Ayudaya building (have no idea how to spell it, but you get the idea).
