Foot Bliss

One of the great things about Thailand is the massages. Today I experienced a foot massage for the first time. It took guts, because I absolutely hate having my feet touched. But let me tell you – it was bloody wonderful and I almost fell asleep. The set up of the place was really nice too with the most relaxing atmosphere.

There are a billion and one places to have massages in Bangkok, but this particular spa is where all the Lufthansa crew go to as it’s close to the Sofitel Central Plaza. For two hours (foot massage + aromatherapy massage) we paid 600 baht.

That sounds like absolute heaven. :) It’s not that far from my place; I think I’ll treat my mom to a foot massage there one of these days.
