cascade club
recently joined the cascade club and spa at the ascott sathorn. proximity to work is fantastic. it’s located right on south sathorn and is fantastic that it’s near enough to walk from the office building. ascott is walkable from buildings in the area: empire, standard charter, bangkok city, sathorn city, sathorn thani, rajanakarn and even pan road. am also noticing that there are an increasing number of members dropping by during their lunch hour to workout.
as a previous member of the atrium athlectic club, at the TIPCO building on rama 6, which i thought was pretty good, i am impressed by the cascade club, they definitely took it a notch higher.
